Our flagship product is a biodegradable laundry detergent in strip format that dissolves in the washing machine, eliminating unnecessary plastic and water. We are one of the fastest-growing e-commerce brands in Spain, and we continue expanding internationally with a strong focus on creativity, performance, and brand storytelling.

We’re now looking for a Content Creator with experience creating social media content for the Czech Republic market, both organic and paid, with a strong focus on performance, storytelling, and continuous improvement of results.

What will you do?

  • Constant creation and filming of content (UGC and brand-style formats) for social media
  • Appearing on camera when the content requires it
  • Ideating concepts, hooks, and viral formats for both organic and paid content
  • Writing scripts and structuring short-form content pieces
  • Basic video editing (Reels, TikTok, Shorts)
  • Adapting trends to the brand universe and performance goals
  • Continuously iterating based on results (understanding what works and what doesn’t)
  • Collaborating closely with the paid ads team to test creatives
  • Participating in creative brainstormings and developing brand narratives

The profile we’re looking for:

  • Proven experience creating content for yourself or brands
  • Native Czech speaker
  • Understanding of the difference between organic content and paid content
  • Ability to critically analyze your own content (understanding why it performs or not)
  • Strong communication skills on camera (naturalness > perfection)
  • Fully autonomous when it comes to filming yourself and organizing your work
  • Test & learn mindset and results-oriented approach
  • Storytelling skills
  • Deep knowledge of TikTok and Instagram
  • Ability to record content from home

Nice to have

  • Experience working with paid media teams
  • Knowledge of basic performance metrics (CTR, hooks, retention, etc.)
  • Sensitivity for brand narrative and creative testing
